Use the recharge code or prepaid card

When the recharging or prepaid card code ordered is sent to you, we explain how to use this code with the instructions for use . These explanations are also communicated to you on the History page your account orders

Brand

Each charging code or prepaid card corresponds to a brand. Therefore, each code must be validated on the platform for which it is intended.

The code is usable:

On your mobile, tablet or computer phone, and for the operator of your SIM card, when it comes to a telephone or web recharge ,
On the brand's site, shop or app, when it comes to a multimedia card , a video game card or a service,
On several websites of this brand partner, when it comes to a web-payment card .

Expiration date

Once you have received the code from a recharging or prepaid card, note that this code has an expiration date for its entry on the platform and a maximum date of use of the credited balance. Take in particular and make sure not to exceed these dates, because otherwise the code or balance would no longer be valid. Sometimes the cards of certain brands can have an unlimited expiration date.
