Buy a recharge or prepaid card

Before buying a recharge or prepaid card on BirdPass, please read our order and delivery procedure:

1. BirdPass account

   I create my Birdpass account . I indicate my email where I will receive the codes of my future orders.
   If I already have a Birdpass account, I just have to identify myself .

2. Credits

   The credits are used to pay my order.
   I add credits to my account using the means of payment offered and at the rate I want.
   I can power my credit balance every day 24/7.

3. Order

   I choose my product and I click on "+ add to the basket".
   For this, I browse the sections and the brands, then I find the amount of the card I wish to order.

   I place my order using my credits to pay.

4. Delivery

   The code of the card ordered is displayed on the confirmation page*.
   The card is delivered to me instantly* by e-mail 24/7.
   It will remain displayed on the page My orders of my Birdpass account.
   So, I can find my card code in my email box and on my Birdpass account.

   During the 1st ^delivery , the E-mail sent may come in your "Inter-mail" or "spam" file. To avoid this, do not forget to go and check the emails received in this folder and add our sending email to the list of emails allowed to write to you.

Add credits to my account

To feed the credit balance in your BirdPass account, you must be identified on the site by entering your email and password. Then proceed as follows:

1. Click Add credits or credits and choose the payment solution that suits you.
2. Follow the instructions to carry out a payment transaction of the desired amount.
3. Your account is credited with the amount of credits purchased. You can then buy products in the store with your credits.
