Buy a recharge or prepaid card

Before buying a recharge or prepaid card on BirdPass, please be aware of our ordering and delivery procedure:

1. Account BirdPass

   I create my account BirdPass. I enter my email where I will receive the codes for my future orders.
   If I already have an account BirdPass, I just need to log in.

2. Credits

   Credits are used to pay my order.
   I add Credits to my account using the payment methods offered and at the pace I desire.
   I can replenish my Credit balance every day, 24/7.

3. Order

   I choose my product and I click on "+ Add to cart".
   To do so, I browse through the categories and brands, then find the amount of the card I want to order.

   I complete my order by using my Credits to pay.

4. Delivery

   The code for my ordered card appears on the confirmation page*.
   My card is delivered instantly* by email 24/7. It will remain displayed on the page My orders of my BirdPass account.
   So, I can find my card code in my email inbox and on my BirdPass account.

   During the first delivery, it's possible that the email arrives in your "Junk mail" or "SPAM" folder. To avoid this, don't forget to check emails received in this folder and add our sender's email address to the list of authorized senders.

Add Credits to my account

To top up the Credit balance on your account BirdPass, you must be logged in to the site by entering your email and password. Then, follow these steps :

1. Click on Add Credits or Credits and choose a payment solution that suits you.
2. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE A PAYMENT TRANSACTION FOR THE DESIRED AMOUNT.
3. Your account will be credited with the purchased amount of Credits. You can then buy products in the store using your Credits.

In creating your account BirdPass, you will be able to access all products in our store and place orders as you wish. Upon creation of your account, we recommend that you complete the required verifications so you can access our entire product catalog and payment solutions.
